Teton Valley Vacation Rental Policies:
We pride ourselves on having clean and comfortable homes as vacation rentals. Our location lends itself to the "perfect vacation", as we are right in the middle of several mountain ranges and several vacation destinations!
If you are an owner, please feel free to contact us for a consultation on how we can help you maximize your home and its potential.
We accept cash or credit cards at the time of your stay, or personal checks at least two weeks in advance of your Teton vacation.
We require 1/2 down at the time of reservation to hold your dates. We require the last 1/2 two weeks prior to your stay. With credit cards, we keep the card number on file as a security in case of damages or loss of property. With checks, we require a minimum (dependant upon home) of $250 in a separate check for security deposit. We refund this security deposit upon verification of no damages.
In all our years of managing homes, we have only used the deposit a few times....Our vacation guests are so honest, they have been known to mail back a simple coffee cup accidentally left in their car!
We have a strict "no pets" policy in most of our vacation homes. If you bring in a pet---even just for a minute or two, you will incur a $300 penalty, plus any other damages the pet may cause us to remedy. If you will just ASK prior to your stay, we will direct you to our "pet possible" homes.
No smoking inside any of our vacation cabins here in the Tetons.....If you smoke, please smoke outside, and place your refuse in a proper container.
Cancellations are possible----but only on a case-by-case basis for verifiable life-and-death emergencies . We will have a processing and rebooking charge, should we allow for a cancellation. If you are concerned about your stay, we respectfully request that you purchase travel insurance.
Teton Valley Long Term Rental Policies:
We have clean, comfortable homes in great family neighborhoods, or secluded subdivisions for you to choose from. Expect quality!
We require first, last, and deposit equal to one month's rent up front at the time of rental.
We require a valid Social Security Number for credit verification purposes. We require references from people other than relatives who can help verify that you are a high-quality person who will take care of our homes.
Pets are possible in some homes---please ask first. If you do bring an unauthorized pet onto the property, there are stiff penalties. If you ask first, we are happy to direct you to our "pet possible" homes for rent.
ALL of our homes are NON-SMOKING HOMES! No exceptions.
